New Online Banking and MyISB Mobile

Iowa State Bank is upgrading our Online Banking and Mobile Banking platforms!

To prepare for the upgrades, access to Online Banking and Mobile services will be unavailable beginning Thursday, February 13 at 6:00 PM (CST).  The new Online Banking and MyISB Mobile platforms will make their debut Monday, February 17.

Online Banking

The Online Banking platform has undergone a complete makeover, inside and out!  With tighter integration into the banking systems and intuitive layout, we believe we have achieved a much better user experience.

While we attempted to make the process as smooth and transparent to our customers as possible, there are a few things that simply couldn’t be converted seamlessly (primarily due to enhanced features and functionality), such as:

  • Transfers – If you currently have any internal transfers configured in Online Banking (moving funds from one Iowa State Bank account to another Iowa State Bank account), those will need to be recreated in the new platform.  The good news is, it is very simple to do!
  • Alerts – Alerts will also need to be recreated in the new system.  There are many new alerts and alert types to choose from, so if you haven’t set them up in the past, please check them out!
  • Bill Pay – Bill Pay will not be converted.  The existing Bill Pay site will remain active for a period of time after conversion, but will need to be accessed directly (  The new Bill Pay is integrated into the Online Banking and Mobile platforms (single sign-on).  If you need assistance in migrating your existing payments into the new solution, please contact one of our Personal Bankers!
  • Quicken/Quickbooks/Mint users:  There are some bookkeeping steps you can take to help you through this transition:

MyISB Mobile App

The MyISB Mobile app has some exciting new features and functionality!

  • Quick Balance – Users have the option to see the balance of selected accounts without actually logging into the app!
  • Biometric Authentication – Available with supported devices.  Log into your account with Fingerprint/FaceID!
  • Bill Pay – Integration to Bill Pay from within the app
  • Mobile Deposit – Enhanced mobile deposit functionality uses video to capture check images on supported devices.  No more rejected deposits due to trying to hold the phone and click the button!
