• 4 page Residential Loan Application 
  (Signature required in three places)

• Copy of your signed purchase agreement 
  (Purchase only)

• Most recent copy of your pay stub showing year-to-date totals and covering a 30 day period.  If you are self employed, we will need 2 years signed tax returns and a YTD P&L and Balance Sheet.

• Original bank statements for the past two months for all checking and savings accounts.

• Copy of your driver's license (Copy from each applicant)

• Most recent W2's (from each applicant)

• If you have been divorced, complete signed copy of all divorce decrees, including any stipulations or modifications.

• If you have declared bankruptcy in the last 7 years, please write a letter of explanation on why you filed for bankruptcy and provide a copy of Petition/Decree, Schedule of Creditors and copy of Discharge.
